Parking Lot Beer (n.) (1) a cold alcoholic beverage consumed outdoors, usually while sitting in close proximity to parked vehicles at a trailhead, usually after some grand adventure in which you were, at various points, tired, hungry, cold, scared, or all of the above. Often the only thing that motivates you to make it to the trailhead during the last few miles.
